Madeleine Raad

As Senior Associate, Experience at Grayhawk Wealth, Madeleine is responsible for creating a superior client experience. She is constantly seeking out new and innovative ways to enhance Grayhawk’s offering and is committed to delivering the best-in-class experience that meet the evolving needs of our clients. She ensures clients receive exceptional service and support throughout their journey with Grayhawk. This includes enhancing the overall relationship that Grayhawk has with each and every client, as well as collaborating with other teams to develop and deliver a customized approach that aligns with our clients’ unique purpose and values. Madeleine is passionate about working with clients to be a thinking partner and aid in solving for some of the distinct challenges that UHNW families face.

Madeleine began her career working for a private firm providing impartial family office strategy, design, and implementation to single and multi-family offices. It was here that Madeleine realized the passion she has for working directly with clients and meeting them at the table where they are today. Madeleine supported the delivery of advisory services to clients and worked closely with all team members to drive the overall efficiency of the organization. She ensured that processes were streamlined and effective, but most importantly adding value for clients.

Madeleine holds an Honours degree in Geography and Environmental Sciences with a focus on Sustainability and a certificate in Business from McMaster University. During her undergraduate career, Madeleine was heavily involved in giving back to the community and volunteered her time in organizations such as the McMaster Students’ Union, Relay for Life, and Cystic Fibrosis Canada, as well as her faculty society. She is currently working towards obtaining her PMP (Project Management Professional) designation.

After living in the United Arab Emirates for seven years, Madeleine was fortunate enough to be introduced to many diverse cultures at a very young age and from this experience developed a craving for global travel. Madeleine has family located in many different countries around the world and enjoys planning her next big trip to spend quality time with her loved ones.

When she is not working, Madeleine enjoys keeping active whether that be at the gym or spending time outdoors; you can often find her taking a class at the local F45 studio. As a foodie, Madeleine enjoys learning new recipes and scoping out the next best restaurant to try.
