Biography
Neil Gilday is the incoming Chief Operations Officer of Grayhawk.
Neil brings a plethora of experience to the role of COO. Over his 30-year career Neil has held position in all facets of wealth management. Neil has been a portfolio manager, fund manager, CEO of a retail wealth and broker dealer, a CTO, a compliance supervisor, and operations manager. Having a fulsome understanding of all aspect of the wealth business allows Neil to better solve for client servicing and operations of the firm.
Neil’s education is a mix of systems engineering, finance, and psychology. He is a graduate of Computer Science from McGill, a CFA charter holder, and a long-time student of the Ridwan school of psychology and spirituality.
