Prior to joining Grayhawk, Darmidy worked for a large brokerage firm where she was responsible for the implementation of practices and organizational structures that allowed her teams to operate more efficiently and collaboratively. She developed processes and workflows to streamline the day-to-day administrative functions and automated tasks to ensure consistency and accuracy.
Darmidy is a graduate of the University of Windsor with an Honours degree in International Relations and Development Studies. In her spare time, you can find her playing hockey, working on her amateur photography, or planning her next travel adventure.
